What is TractorTrack?
A maintenance log for farm and ranch equipment: tractors, side-by-sides and UTVs, mowers, trucks, implements and trailers. It tracks hours, miles and service, shows what’s due and overdue, and keeps each machine’s history in one place, shared with everyone who works on it.
Does it work for side-by-sides, UTVs, ATVs, mowers and trucks, not just tractors?
Yes. Each machine is tracked by hours, by miles, or by the calendar, with a starting service catalog for its kind: oil, CVT belts and gearcase fluid for UTVs, blades and deck belts for mowers, oil changes and tire rotations for trucks. Add your own services and intervals too.
How do service reminders work?
Set intervals by hours, miles or months. TractorTrack estimates when each service comes due from how much the machine is used, shows overdue and due-soon services on the dashboard, and emails you when a service is coming due or overdue. Each person chooses which reminder emails they get.
Can my family and hired help use it?
Yes. One farm account is shared by everyone you invite, as owners, admins, members or read-only viewers, so everybody sees the same records and nobody has to ask who changed the oil.
Does it work without internet?
The iPhone app, coming soon to the App Store, works offline in the shed or the field and syncs when you’re back in range. The web app works in any browser, on a computer or a phone.
How much does it cost?
Free for 2 machines and 2 people. The Farm plan is $20 a year for 15 machines and 5 people, and Operation is $60 a year for 250 machines and 50 people. New farms get 30 days of the Farm plan free, no card needed.
Can I get my maintenance records out, for taxes or when I sell a machine?
Yes, on every plan. Download everything as spreadsheet (CSV) files any time, or a year at a time: every service and repair by date with costs, plus a cost summary per machine.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your farm moves to the Free plan and keeps everything. You can still see, edit and export it all; over Free’s limits you just can’t add more machines or people.
